Michael Carter (City & Guilds Institute of Mechanical Engineering)
Trained with William Cass Mechanical & Electrical Engineers Ltd, various consultants and contractors gaining invaluable experience in the design and installation of multi service projects.
His previous experience was put to good use when forming Carter (Mechanical) Services Limited in 1980, has further expanded to encompass the close co-ordination of the whole building services discipline through laying out, drafting and ultimately installation and commissioning.
Mike is the Managing Director in addition to being the Senior Co-ordinator and has overall responsibility for the direction of the business and the health of the company. |

Peter Day
As Senior CAD Manager, has responsibility of overseeing our co-ordination drawing production. He worked for the mechanical and electrical services dept of a large construction and fit-out group of companies where he was Senior Draftsman and CAD Manager, managing the production of co-ordinated working recorded drawings by in-house and sub-contract drafting personnel and companies.
Peter has long-standing experience in all aspects of design and co-ordinating
building services. Starting on the drawing board progressing the CAD method
of draughtsmanship. Over the past 12 years, Peter has become very experienced
with several of the leading forms of computer-aided draughting, including
AutoCAD to version 2000 Sonata and Versa CAD. Peter is also conversant
with AutoCAD 3D, Sonata 3D and BSE as well as 3D Studio and CorelDraw
modeling software. |

Vincent McEneaney (Diploma Mechanical Engineering)
Has been associate with the company for the last 8 years. Trained with Matthew Hall Mechanical & Electrical Engineers Ltd, Mowlem Management, Bucknall Austin Project Management and various consultants and contractors, gaining invaluable experience in the management of multi service and fast track projects.
Undertaking works within government contracts, facilities management support and general management support of a maintenance company over the last two years on various telecommunications projects for MCI Worldom, MK International, Scottish telecom/Thus and Mercury One2One.
Vince is the Technical Director for Project Management Services in addition to being the Senior Consultant and has overall responsibility for the quality, health and safety in the company. |
Mark Timms (HNC Civil Engineering)
Mark joined with the purpose of bringing structural and civil experience to the co-ordination team. Mark has developed his skills with a major Surrey structural and civil practice , which included work on many concrete and steel structures, from high rise buildings to bridges and gantries. This experience was developed using the drawing board and CAD drafting systems.
Mark has also worked on major projects in the Far East and South Atlantic. Whilst working abroad, Mark has been able to add co-ordination, clash analysis CAD team management, system customisation, training and networking to his skills.
Mark, who is based in Kuala Lumpur, is also employed to develop our views through our Malaysian company and head the team there. |
Brian Lewis - Associate (Mechanical Designer. C. Eng. MCIBSE, MCNISF)
Brian has been associate with the company since 1987. Brian has held various senior positions with major consultancies such as J. Roger Preston, Ove Arup, Pell Fricshmann and Mott McDonald. With his overseas project experience Brian provides the company with invaluable knowledge for design management roles we are involved with and often gives advice regarding the design/co-ordination interface. |

Fred Parsons
Fred has worked for the company for more than 5 years as our primary outsourced CAD co-ordinator and is a regular member of our project team, particularly for the larger fast track projects. Fred is an experienced CAD design co-ordinator with fluent knowledge of AutoCAD releases 10-14 and 2000 Microstation along with several other CAD systems. He is also conversant with the production of design information to tender stage as well as producing co-ordinated working GA's. |
Graham Meredith (City & Guilds HVT Parts I & II)
Graham joined the company as senior co-ordinator to lead the co-ordination
team in Malaysia on the Telkom Project and was proving to be major influence
with the client and his representatives in highlighting the co-ordination
problems and resolving them Graham in a director of the Malaysian company.
Graham was trained by a major mechanical and electrical contractor. Upon leaving Manleys he worked for a service consultants and contractors providing all facets of building services installation as a co-ordinator, project engineer and project manager which included hospitals, schools, offices, hotels, leisure centres and shopping malls. |
