One of the company's Managers was engaged by MACE Construction Management Ltd to initially manage the M&E services in the amenities fitout element of the project, along with managing information between the design and construction team.
His work moved to the roof plant to resolve similar design and co-ordination issues in commissioning to completion.
Finally, the management of the M&E snagging, with a view to achieving zero snags by handover.
After handover our manager stayed on to assist and co-ordinate the post contract works M & E element with the package manager.

HSBC New HQ, Canary Wharf
One of the companies contractors was engaged by MEM Delta to co-ordinate the busbar systems throughout the building, including floors, risers, plant rooms and switch rooms over the entire 46 storey project.
This included sufficient surveys and co-ordination reviews to enable the busduct sections to be manufactured and installed. In addition, one of the company's managers assisted with site management during peak periods of the project to enable our client to maintain programme.

Telekom Malaysia HQ Development, Panhi Baharu Malaysia
Two of the company's senior Co-ordination Managers were engaged by Telekom Malaysia through Hasmi Bucknall J.V. to manage and develop the information between the design team and the main construction joint venture.
The project entailed a 56 storey tower, topped by a 21 storey antennae tower, with a 1500 seat auditorium, sports hall, surau and telephone switch centre. Our role was to review the M&E design information for co-ordination and completeness along with a review of the subsequently submitted information from the main contractor's M&E team for buildability.
From this, Project co-ordination was able to expand it's views through S.E.A. Project Co-ordination Sdn Bhd.

Coca-Cola UK & Ireland HQ, Hammersmith
One of the company's M&E Engineers was engaged by Bucknall Austin construction management to assist their team in the fast track fitout of the Centre West Development over 4 floors, entrance area and associated roof plant area, including the M&E package management, commissioning, snagging, handover and post contract works.

Worldcom UK5, St Pancreas, London
PCL was awarded a contract by the M&E contractor Reflexaction Services to assist in the design development and services co-ordination of a major telecom/internet switch house for Worldcom MCi. This included all the chilled water main circuits the ventilation power cable roofs and sub main distribution for the transition and collocate rooms.
This involvement included layouts and co-ordination of all the plantrooms HVLV switch rooms, busduct routes, generator room toilets, security, fire alarm and suppression as well as liasing with the specialist sub contractors to ensure efficiency of installation.
Since this was completed in November 1999 we have carried out 3 other smaller contracts to fit out the future areas and busduct runs.

Level 3 Gateway 2, Goswell Road, London
PCL was initially commissioned by Structuretone UK Inc to review the design and contractors submissions for completeness and buildability to enable the site project managers to see what was outstanding or required resolving to meet the program.
From this review 2 of the companies senior managers / designers were ask to assist in the management of the commissioning to completion and handover.

Redbus Interhouse, various sites around Canary Wharf
PCL was awarded the co-ordination drawing contract by the electrical contractor to co-ordinate all the electrical services including HVLV, lighting, small power and underfloor sub main distribution to the rack units on various projects around Canary Wharf, London along with record drawings.
